- Enquiries are handled by the central MATOKA team, not by individual locations.
- Details only apply once our team has confirmed them.

A catering enquiry is not a table reservation – we do not accept table reservations.

- Is the enquiry binding?
- No. The enquiry is non-binding and our team confirms everything.
- What should I include in the email?
- Your name, reply email, event type, date and time, estimated guests, location, food preferences and any dietary requirements, optionally a budget and your preferred handover.
- Does every location offer catering?
- Enquiries are handled by the central MATOKA team. Individual locations don’t automatically offer catering.
